The Adrere Amellal Desert Ecolodge is the new thing to try, a place where you truly are far from any distractions and in the same time enjoy a luxury vacation with unique amenities.
The Ecolodge was built out of mud and rock salt, crafted manually, with no electricity.
With a simple architecture designed by locals using Kilims and olive wood, you will stay in one of the 17 rooms or 10 suites, where your bed is made out of palm and the light is provided by candles, oil lamps or strategically placed fireplaces.
The best part is that you also have a pool which is fed by a spring and the place offers a large variety of activities, like dune surfing, horseback riding, jeep treks, if you want to go outside.
If you don’t, you can just take a rest and enjoy the quietness, or the views of the White Desert and Great Sand Sea.
