Working at an office means that you sit in on place more hours than usual and your body has to suffer, your ankles, your back and also your joints.
This means that doing some exercises is very important for you and your body.
Exercising at the office means that you have to do something else for a couple of minutes than sitting at your desk.
It is recommended that you walk around the office up to 15 minutes a day.
Also, you could do some yoga, some exercises that relax your entire body.
The moment you stand, move or do something else than sitting in one place, will distress your entire body, your eyes and your joints.
