3. Unknown Price
Usually, after a new car’s concept being introduced, like the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing AM-RB 001 hypercar, buyers get a head start to save money for the upcoming purchase. However, that is not the case for this Mercedes-Benz X-Class.
Mercedes has not yet revealed the estimated retail price for this particular model. The company only stated that the X-Class will be positioned in the segment at an attractive price. Now, the problem is to quantify “attractive” and translate it into numbers.
If we compare similar pickup trucks available on today’s market, perhaps we can get an idea. Let’s compare it with Toyota Hilux and Ford Ranger. The most expensive models of these cars are sold around $50,000 per unit.
But does that number reflect all of the luxuries Mercedes promises with this car?
Regardless, the price remains unknown. And we have to wait a little longer to find out how much this new Mercedes-Benz X-Class will cost.
