Williams Formula One racing team is one of the oldest teams in F1 racing. They first joined the championship way back in 1977. Frank Williams is the founder of the team. He is also the current team principal, even though his role is currently being taken over by her daughter due to his health condition. He suffered from spinal cord injury after a car accident in the late 1980s. Since then, he has been on a wheelchair.
