6. Neglecting your health
If you are very motivated to do something you usually forget about other things that matter just as much. For instance, if you really want to finish a project you are working on, you want to start working first thing in the morning, avoiding breakfast because you “don’t have enough time”.
This is something that shouldn’t happen. Breakfast surely is the most important meal. If you don’t eat it, you will not have enough energy and you won’t be able to concentrate and finally succeed. Now, eat your veggies!
Also, you can develop so many other bad habits that seem to “help you relax” at first. Keep this in mind: as long as you are healthy you can do anything you want with your life and nothing can stop you. Take care of this gift.
Don’t neglect your health because even if you find the success you are looking for, you won’t be able to enjoy it.
