Welcome to the land of drugs and crimes.
Caracas is the capital of Venezuela and it is known to have one of the highest per capita murder rates in the entire world!
Just two years ago, in 2012, Caracas was ranked by the Citizen Security Council, Justice and Peace as the third most dangerous city in the world! The city had a terrifying murder rate of 119 homicides per 100,000 people.
Caracas is definitely one city to stay away from. Robbery and other crimes happen on a daily basis and don’t even get me started on the drug trafficking here.
But the problem here is that the police doesn’t really take any action, it’s like they don’t even want to control the disaster that’s going on.
