Do you remember One57, the tallest residential building in Manhattan? Well, it will be history by the middle of 2015!
This apartment complex on 432 Park Avenue is about to become the tallest residential building in Manhattan, standing at 1,400 feet tall and will consist of 140 apartments.
I’m saying “will” because it isn’t even built yet, but it’s supposed to be completed by the middle of 2015 at a total cost of almost $2,5 billion! So it comes as no suprise now that each apartment will be sold at about $82 million.
But who wouldn’t want to live literally on top of Manhattan? I’m telling you, if I had the money, I wouldn’t even hesitate on getting my hands on one of these apartments. Maybe the one on the top floor? Yes, definitely.
