In a true Kardashian style, Kourtney decided to throw her daughter Penelope an over the top birthday party.
The one-year old Penelope had a princess’ garden party. The party featured huge pink and white balloons that cost $150 per balloon. $150 is usually the amount of money people spend on their whole party, but who are we to judge?
The party was held at Kris Jenner’s LA mansion and you bet it was a big party, with all the Kardashian clan being there.
