The house had a buy-it-now asking price of $21 million, before it entered auction at the end of last year.
The price had been originally dropped for a previous listing of $29 million.
That brings up the question to: Just how much value does a previous celebrity tenant bring to a place like this?!
UPDATE: The NBA legend was not pleased with the offerings and had to re-list the property as of 2014 for $16 million.
