As some of you know, I’m a huge Bon Jovi fan, so when I saw this property hit the market my success hungry soul shivered a little.
Not only that the place is truly amazing, all in glass, featuring a 360 degree view in Manhattan.
The place was bought in 2007 and the artist paid millions in renovation.
If the asking price is paid they should turn a nice profit on the deal.
