Created by Finn Juhl, the Chieftains Chair is in itself a space filled with symbols inspired by weaponry.
Initially inspired by shapes of weaponry and exhibited in 1949, at a Copenhagen design fair, the chair was named the King’s Chair by the media after King Frederick IX sat in in during the exhibition.
Later, it was renamed the Chieftains by Finn Juhl.
