Harvey Mudd was founded in 1955 and it is a small private college specializing in engineering, mathematics and sciences. It may be small, but it the most expensive in the country as it will get you to a total annual cost of $64,527!
It is part of the Claremont Colleges and is a school that teaches students how to find technical solution for real life problems with the help of the sponsoring organizations, such as NASA, Facebook and Sandia Labs.
And there was actually a premiere last year in 2014 as 56% of the students that received an engineering degree were women! That never happened before in the school’s history.
But if you’re more of an artist, don’t worry about it, you can still go to Harvey Mudd as it also includes coursework in humanities and arts.
