Is not actually the Human Torch you know from Fantastic Four played by Chris Evans. This one if different.
The android Human Torch started the Marvel Empire. This is similar to Detective Comics and DC. It did the same thing.
Also, the comic has a legend. It is believed that this particular comic (Marvel #1) can only be owned by a true believer.
