The beloved comedian Whoopi Goldberg left us speechless back in 1999 when she hosted the Oscars and made an appearance as Queen Elizabeth I as a tribute to the movie Shakespeare in Love!
She wore a spectacular creation of the designer Harry Winston and she was covered in thousand of diamonds that reached the total value of over 40 million dollars!
Until this day, that remains one of the most memorable moments from the Oscars and I’m not surprised at all, after all it’s a 40 million bucks moment!
