16 million for a website? Is it really worth it?
Pay very much attention to this name that I’m about to tell you because you’ll be hearing a lot of it next.
Insure.com is of course, an insurance company’s website that was sold not twice, but ten times more than it was originally bought in 2001. Now that’s what I call a profit!
Wonder who had the money to buy the domain? Remember the name I was telling you about earlier? Well, the ones that bought Insure.com, among many other domains, represent the successful marketing firm QuinStreet.
Don’t worry, that was a bargain for them!
