Without a doubt one of the most stylish luxury cars of all time, the Mercedes Benz S Class went hybrid in 2014.
The S Class Hybrid has a 3L V6 engine and an electric motor, totalling 436 bhp. The driver can switch between both systems from their super smart dashboard. Outwardly, it looks like any petrol car, with a plush leather interior, but when the Start button is pressed, there is almost complete silence.
Apparently, Mercedes loved making this concept so much that they’re considering making all future development in the S-Series electric.
