How much is an ordinary apple? A few cents, maybe a dollar? We have chosen a very special apple to feature in our article.
$21 –not per pound- but for an apple is quite the price. It is not like we can find apples everywhere, in every shop and so on. Now we have to pay $21 per piece.
The fields where these apples grow are hand pollinated and each apple is washed in honey and hand stamped.
The name of these expensive fruits means “the best in the world”, and is the most expensive apple in the world.
Though not exactly as expensive as the others that cost thousands of dollars, the fruit is priced per piece, and that’s why it’s #9 on our top. And it’s still expensive for an apple.
