Google acquired the company to allow them to develop their mobile applications. On a world where technology is evolving day by day and where the mobile devices became part of our life, Google hit the jackpot with this company.

They were among the most experienced advertising companies existing at that time, and Google’s acquiring of it went like a charm.

Google couldn’t find a better company to buy, and made the perfect partnership in 2009.

As the Admob continued to grow and be successful, Google was awarded for their decision to buy the company.
