12. Airbus H225M Super Puma ($27 million)
Previously known as Eurocopter EC725 Caracal or Super Cougar, this helicopter is still on active service for French, Brazilian, Malaysian, and Mexican national armies as tactical transport helicopter. It can carry up to 29 passengers as it does its heavy lifting function.
Airbus H225M Super Puma is the latest product from Airbus Helicopters. It was introduced in 2005 and has been used mostly for search-and-rescue missions ever since. However, Super Puma is also popular among rich businessmen.
This helicopter is huge and spacious. It can travel up to 857 kilometers with 275 kph cruising speed. That is pretty high-speed and long-range for an aircraft this size.
Besides its spacious cabin, Super Puma also offers soundproofed fuselage, lounges, and galleys. And those rich businessmen are willing to pay the amount of $27 million (at least), to own this helicopter and travel around on it. What about you?
