The stilettos had taken first place in the ‘Fashion Accessories’ category of the Tanzanite Foundation’s ‘Celebration of Life Jewelry Design Awards’.
Worth $2 million, the Tanzanite Heels are made of silver leather and precious tanzanite; a purple-blue coloured gemstones discovered by jeweler Tiffany in Tanzania.
Also, the shoes feature 595-carat Kwiat diamonds, 28-carat diamonds and 185-carat tanzanite stones on the ankle strap.
And with that toe strap embellished with more precious gems, this stunning masterpiece looks more like a royal a necklace than foot apparel.
