Today Palms tells guests to call for a rate on the Empathy Suite, so $100,000 is the last price the hotel published. We ranked seven suites by nightly rates published by the hotels themselves. Some rates are from earlier years and are marked, and real prices move with dates and play.

1. Empathy Suite, Palms: $100,000
Artist Damien Hirst designed this 9,156-square-foot suite, which has two king beds and a private pool. In 2023 the Palms offered a one-night stay in it at $100,000 as part of an Epic Experience package, along with the Hardwood and Kingpin suites and a dinner for ten, for $150,000 in all. The offer ran from 8 January to 8 October 2023.
The suite’s own page asks guests to call or email for rates and availability, so we do not know the current price.

2. Nobu Villa, Caesars Palace: $35,000
The Nobu Villa sits inside the Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace. A Caesars press release in 2017 gave its rate as $35,000 a night. The villa covers about 10,000 square feet and has a terrace and an onsen, according to earlier guides.
That is the only rate we found for it, and it is almost nine years old.

3. Hardwood Suite, Palms: $25,000
The Hardwood Suite is a 10,000-square-foot basketball-themed suite at the Palms. The resort priced one night at $25,000 in its 2023 Epic Experience package.

4. Marcus Aurelius Villa at Caesars: from $25,000
Caesars’ suite tour page lists the Marcus Aurelius Villa from $25,000 a night. It is the priciest of the Roman-themed villas on the current page, which sell as private compounds inside the resort.

The Kingpin Suite is the third suite in the Palms 2023 package, priced at $15,000 for one night.

The Cleopatra Villa starts at $15,000 a night on the Caesars page. It is the entry point to the villa tier.

Suites we could not price from an official page
The Bentel and Bentel penthouse at The Cosmopolitan and the Chairman Suite at The Venetian are often placed near $25,000 a night, but neither hotel publishes a rate that we could open, so they are not ranked. The Venetian says only that suite rates depend on occupancy.
What drives these prices
- Size. The top suites run 9,000 to 10,000 square feet, as big as a large house.
- Packaged perks. A butler, car service and credits are included in many top rates.
- Casino play. Heavy players are comped, so few guests pay the posted rate.
- By request. Rates for the very top suites are quoted, not posted.
