At the jaw-dropping price of $550.000, the super sleek Saleen S7 boasts a V8 engine, between 550 hp and 1000 hp, and has the ability to go 260 mph.
The limited production car is developed by Stebe Saleen (initial concept and direction), Hidden Creek Industries (resources and funding), Phil Frank (body and interior CAD design and development) and Ray Mallock Ltd. (chassis engineering)
The Saleen S7 is hand-built with a carbon fiber body, leather interior with aluminium accents, two trunks, an LCD monitor, rear-view camera, and the driver sits in the middle of the cabin.
The car became America’s first production super car, and debuted in 2000, at the Monterey Historic Races.
