The original version of the Oxford chair was designed for the professors at St. Catherine’s College in Oxford. The chair later evolved into the Oxford series.
Designed by Arne Jacobsen in collaboration with Fritz Hansen, the Oxford Chair features exquisite upholstery available in fabrics Fame, Remix, Tonus, Divina, Steelcut, Milani and leather: Basic, Soft, Natural, White, Optical white and Elegance.
The accessories include mirror chromed base, leather padded arms, automatic return mechanism, glides and hard or soft castors with or without brake action.
The chair is also available with low, medium high or high back, with fixed seat height of height adjustment tilt mechanism and with double castors with aluminium caps or black-grey synthetic toes.
