Leaving Beijing and Hong Kong behind, we come back to Europe more specifically to London and the West End, a area of Central London where we found the highest price to rent a square meter of office space.
Even though London was listed with The City in the list of the most expensive office spaces, the financial and business center couldn’t outgrow the commercial and entertainment district.
The planing for two centers of international reference gave London the opportunity to create, a different kind of district that could hold the power in real estate.
So basically for 2984$ per square meter you can rent office space and open what ever you want because here you can find everything from shopping malls, boutiques, hotels, entertainment venues, tourist attractions and government buildings.
The West End area has grown so much and it’s so fashionable that it can be compared with many other large business districts from all over the world for the fact that here you will find everything from the luxury and high-end to the biggest and most important companies in the world.
