Based in New York, and the neighbour of One 57, this $95 million penthouse was designed by architect Rafael Viñoly, with interiors by Deborah Berke and will be complete in 2015.
The penthouse will have 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a library and will also include a wine cellar, a 23 meters indoor swimming pool, a spa and fitness center, with a total of 780 square meters.
At 425 meters above sea level, 432 Park Avenue will be will be the second tallest residential building in New York, even taller than One World Trade Center.
Agreed to cost $95 million, the penthouse was also listed to cost $79.5 million, so we just have to wait and see when its completion in 2015 will take place.
