11. Henry Jacques Rose Bulgare Composee ($1,990 per fl. oz.)
Henry Jacques used to be just a custom-design perfume company. Rich people come into their store and come out with one-and-only fragrance just for them. You know how annoying it is when someone wears the same perfume as yours, right?
For several decades, Parfums Henry Jacques has been helping people to get their unique scent to differ them from anyone else. Then this Rose Bulgare Composee perfume was born. It is one of the first ever collection from Henry Jacques: Le Classic de HJ.
At Harrods, Rose Bulgare Composee comes in a 15-ml bottle (around a half fl. oz.) and with £825 price tag (approximately $1,015). This makes it worth around $1,990 per fluid ounce.
Every bit of Rose Bulgare Composee has labdanum, amber, and iris base of scent. But the first you get once you spray it is some geranium, verbena, and honeysuckle. It also has a hint of ambrette, damascus rose, and clove.
