Yes, Elvis has left the building a long time ago, but that doesn’t mean he is less of a celebrity. In fact, he is one of the most admired and famous men in the world. The king of rock and roll had lots of talents and of course- money.
He was able to buy a magnificent Convair 880– one of the most expensive planes in the world. Elvis paid for the plane at that time $600,000.
Named it the Lisa Marie after the name of his daughter. It has a master bedroom and bath, conference room, and a bathroom made of solid gold fixtures and appliances.
The aircraft however is no longer in production, so is one of a kind, plus it belonged to the King of Rock and Roll.
There are 28 seats and multiple sleeping quarters. Elvis himself made sure she was the most technologically advanced machine to take to the sky.
