It seems like her incredibly tasty recipes which include the finest ingredients brought from her native Landes region in south-west France, have transformed her Michelin star restaurant in one of the best restaurants in London.
A course taster menu costs around $190-$200 per person, and you have a lot of great dishes to choose from, such as an incredible array of fish and game. The three-course a la carte menu costs around $135 per person.
