4.Talladega Nights – $4 Million
It seems like Will Ferrell did it again!
Clearly didn’t expected to find out that this movie hit the top 10 most expensive screenplays ever sold! I mean yes, we all enjoy the loose humor of Will Ferrell comedies now and then, but I so didn’t expect them to be so expensive.
The 2006 comedy movie, Talladega Nights, starring Will Ferrell was written by Will himself, together with Adam McKay and the script was bought for the unbelievable total of 4 million dollars!
The movie was pretty successful though. With a budget of 72.5 million dollars, it managed to earn the fantastic amount of almost 163 million dollars! So I guess Will did a pretty good job.
