A very small amount have been made and Berluti is known for creating exclusive pairs. Very similar to the Ferrari business model these days, you need to send an invitation up front and if your are approved they start creating the shoe.
The pricing starts at $1900 but the company reports that most of their pairs are completely customized to fit the needs of the future owner.
