Even though Vegas is known as the mistake-capital of the world, the price of this extraordinary burger is not a mistake. FleurBurger 5000 is sold at one of Vegas’s top-class restaurant, Fleur. This French restaurant is owned by Hubert Keller. And it is located at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.
The name 5000 actually comes from its price. To get a bite of FleurBurger, you must order it in a package with a bottle of wine for $5,000. The wine itself costs $2,500. Thus, this spectacular burger costs half of the main price, $2,500.
The center of this dish, the burger, is made of Wagyu beef. This type of meat could be very expensive. The patty is made of foie gras. And to complement those two main elements, they add shaved black truffle and truffle sauce. Look at that, an expensive food without jewelry in it!
Guinness Book of World Record may not yet given the title of world’s most expensive burger to FleurBurger. But from our research, this is the highest priced regular-plate-sized burger in the world.
