3Everybody’s Tree House – Price: $450.000
Designed by Bill Allen who owns Forever Young Treehouses, Everybody’s Tree House was made for children with disabilities.
Bill Allen declared in an interview: ‘For a kid in a wheelchair, it gives a different perspective of what the world looks like, of what a tree looks like, of what a forest looks like.’
Although the amount of money is huge, you can not really put a price on the smile a kid with disabilities shows when he gets to play around in it.
Worth $450.000, Everybody’s Tree House was completed in January 2008 in the Mount Airy Forest park in Cincinnati.
Its structure is made of tongue-and-groove pine boards with an ipe-wood deck and features 8 windows.
