1. Friends: $10 million per episode
This September, Friends fans celebrated 20 years since the show was first released.
Twenty years later and after we watched every episode 4 times, we still laugh at their jokes as if we were watching them for the first time. That’s how you know a show was good.
Friends didn’t have much, no extravagant sets or anything similar to Game of Thrones, but it had great actors. From season three, they agreed to negotiate a collective salary scale, so all the actors got the same pay.
Started with $75,000 per episode and as the show gained popularity, the actors started asking for $1 million dollars per member per season finale episode.

They also won a royalty arrangement for Friends returns, but the only reunion they ever had was on Jimmy’s show when Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston got together.
