1. Stuart Hughes Prestige HD Supreme Rose Edition ($2.26 million)
In the fierce fight between size and jewel, it looks like the precious gem is walking away with pride. The most expensive TV in the world is not the largest or the one with most sophisticated technology. It is just simply the one with more gems and precious metals encrusted onto it.
It is the same TV with the standard Supreme Edition we saw previously on the list, the Prestige HD. But this one is way more expensive. While the other one is bundled with $1.5 million price tag, this one is $2.26 million. So, what makes it that expensive?
Basically, it has more of everything. More gold and more diamonds!
This one was built with 28 kilograms of 18K rose gold. And instead of just 48 diamonds, this one has encrusted 72 round-cut 1-carat diamonds alongside some set of Sunstone and Amethyst. Plus, the inner bezel is covered by hand-stitched alligator skin.
So, which type of splurge are you? Will you go with the biggest TV or the one with most jewelry on it?
