This dramatic high-hemline dress is created of a mixture of layers. We’re talking here about beige light-as-air tulle decorated with dainty bead embellishment and covering the nude silk underlay.
But the center piece of this creation are the voluminous Pheasant and Goose feathers that cover each shoulder and surround the collar.
