Of course this book was written by a feminist. The author name was Mary Wollstonecraft and she wrote the book in 1792 during a time when women had little or no rights at all.

A Vindication of the Rights of Women said that women are an essential part to the nation and should be given the same respect than men were given.

Mary Wollstonecraft in the book said that women should have the right at education, as they are the first educators of their children.

Wollstonecraft calls for equality between the sexes in particular areas of life, such as morality.

The book written by Wollstonecraft served as an inspiration to others and was considered one of the founders of the feminist movement.
