Besides tomato juice, the drink also contains vodka and other spices and flavourings, such as salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, piri piri sauce, and others, but the three main ingredients are vodka, tomato juice and lemon juice.
