The third most famous cocktail is Cosmopolitan.
Just imagine Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City, what was she drinking? A Cosmo, of course. Its popularity grew because Carrie’s love for Cosmos, which was even referenced in Sex and the City. The girls stopped drinking the cocktail
because everyone else started.
The origins of the cocktail are disputed, (as you can mostly notice in the cocktail world), the drink being thought to have been created independently by different bartenders.
Cosmopolitan is made of a shot of vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and fresh lime juice, and has a pink-ish colour.
