5.Ellen Kullman – Chairman and CEO at DuPont
This company continue to exist today only thanks to her.
Ellen Kullman is 58 years old and the Chairman and CEO of DuPont, an American chemical company that was founded 212 years ago, in July 1802.
DuPont was in a continuous downfall for the past 10 years when Ellen took over the control of the company in 2009 and saved it.
Kullman expanded the company to more profitable areas such as bioscience, nutrition and advanced materials.
Apparently it was the best move that could’ve been done because since Ellen took over, the company’s marketing capitalization has more than doubled!
