5.Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America
After the massacre that took place in 2012 at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut when a man shot 20 children and 6 adults, Moms Demand Action was founded.
Together with advertising agency Grey, they developed the famous campaign Moms Demand Actions for Gun Sense in America.
The campaign presents us three images featuring two kids in a library. One of the kids is holding a Kinder Egg, an illustration of The Red Riding Hood and a ball used at Dodgeball. The other kid is always holding an AR-15 semi-atuomatic rifle.
And then, they struck us with the caption:
“One child is holding something that’s been banned in America to protect them. Guess which one.”
Yes, you got that right! The objects banned are the Kinder egg, the fairy tale and the ball, but guns are out there in the street.
We must do something to stop this insane and absurd situation and these moms that got together managed to motivate us with this powerful campaign!
#4 shows us what ignorance can cause!
