3. Dawood Ibrahim
Dawood Ibrahim is known as the leader of Indian organized crime syndicate, D-Company. He is wanted by Interpol for cheating, criminal conspiracy, and running an organized crime syndicate. Together with Tiger Memon, he is allegedly organized and financed the Bombay bombings in 1993.
It was a tragic day for the whole Indian nation. 257 people were killed and 713 others were injured as a result of a dozen car bombs explosion. It was the most destructive bomb explosions in Indian history. And the two men allegedly responsible have become India’s most wanted ever since. Both of them are still out there.
The U.S Department of Treasury believes that Dawood is connected to Osama bin Laden. Even in his hiding, he is alleged in constructing or at least supporting some other terrorist attacks including the Mumbai bombings in 2008.
It is believed that he is living in either Pakistan or United Arab Emirates today. Even though his locations were traced for several times before, his whereabouts remains unknown.
