13. Eduardo “Tablas” Ravelo
Eduardo Ravelo, also known as Tablas, is another criminal from the FBI’s top ten most wanted list. He is wanted for several crimes. They are related to his Mexican drug cartel.
Ravelo is known to be the captain of Barrio Azteca criminal enterprise. He is allegedly responsible for issuing orders to the cartel members residing in Juarex, Mexico. And he is also alleged as the one of the hitmen for Vicente Carrillo Fuentes drug trafficking organization which is responsible for numerous murders.
Back in 2008, Ravelo was indicted in El Paso, Texas. He was involved in racketeering activities, conspiracy to launder monetary instruments, and conspiracy to possess heroin, cocaine, and marijuana with intent to distribute.
He was never caught and never been found. FBI claims to have no clue of his whereabouts. It is most likely that Ravelo has had plastic surgery and even altered his fingerprints.
The bureau is offering a reward up to $100,000 for any information leading directly to apprehending this man.
