Let’s find out more about New Rides from Harley-Davidson Any Biker Would Want!
Are you a true biker? A free spirit who likes to feel the wind in his hair would love these two new rides from Harley-Davidson!
After the promotion of the two models Street 500 and Street 750, a few months ago, Harley Davidson decided is time to bring two more new models that follow the trends and desires of motorcycle riders, on the market: Low Rider and Super Low 1200T.
Let’s just talk about them one of a time. First we are going to start with the Super Low 1200T (T stands for Touring).
Super Low 1200T has a V-Twin engine and is one of the “touring” categories. Its appearance fits successfully in the new area and the market developments of comfi motorcycles intended for long trips with a lot of space for the luggage. The 1200T also gets an adjustable rear suspension that can be tuned with a dial. The bike’s seat and riding position have been reworked to increase long distance comfort as well.
I think this one is in trend for the nowadays but it keeps the tradition we are used to since the apparition of Harley Davidson motorcycles. The Super Low 1200T is a tour-ready member of the Sportster family. The starting price in the US is $12,000.
The next beauty is Low Rider, who is ready to take you back to the Harley from 1977 helped by the superior performances of the motorcycle. Paul Weiss served as lead engineer on the Low Rider project and worked to optimize comfort for riders anywhere between 5’1” and 6’1”.
With a generous Harley Twin Cam 103 engine, fed by Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection, dual front break discs and an amazing exhaust system; it is just two at the price of one. The vintage wheels are wrapped with new Michelin Scorcher rubber and beefy chrome 2-into-1 exhaust, a polished headlight visor, and wrinkle black trim.
The Low Rider is a retro-styled model from H-D’s Dyna lineup, which returns from a five-year hiatus. It started from the price of $14,500 available only in the US.
These two bikes, along with the Street and Project Rushmore mounts previously announced, make 2014 the largest model-launch year in The Motor Company’s history.
“It’s been a fantastic six months for us,First Project RUSHMORE, then Harley-Davidson Street, now the new SuperLow 1200T and Low Rider models — all are the result of being customer led and delivering riders the technical prowess and rebellious spirit that they want infused in each and every new Harley.”
said Matt Levatich, Harley-Davidson Motor Company President and Chief Operating Officer.
Is this a worth of money? I think it is, cause buying a Harley-Davidson, is not a caprice, is a good investment.
