Pharrell Williams’ $11 Million Penthouse is up for sale
Hip Hop producer and Grammy-Winner Pharell Williams is currently living the dream. “Happy” brought him even more success and shined a light brighter than ever on his career.
Back in 2007, the artist paid a nice $12.5 million for the luxurious penthouse atop of Bristol Tower in Miami, Florida.
The 9,080-square foot residence covers the top 3 levels of the tower, features 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a gorgeous 360 panoramic view. The judge on the wildly popular show The Voice, had extensively redesigned the interior to match his personal style.
The place was put back on the market in 2012 for $16.8 million which would have profited Pharrell a nice sum of money, but that isn’t the case.
With no one willing to write a check for that amount, he started slowly dropping the price, and in the recent months hitting an all time low of: $10.9 million! That’s considerably lower than he paid for it! With no offers even at that amount the artist decided to pull the property off the market.
Since 2007 a few things have changed for Pharrell, he got married, had his first kid and his career skyrocketed.
Bristoll Tower is located in Brickell, a -supposedly- booming business district, with Miami being the hottest real-estate market right now.
Let’s take a look at the penthouse looks like:
With floor to ceiling windows the view is spectacular from anywhere in the penthouse. The pool on the rooftop is the perfect place to relaxed with your close ones.
The rest of the house features a modern design, with a big kitchen center piece and also an impressive 12 people dining table in a sophisticated ambiance.
The place comes with all the toys and facilities that one might need to make his stay as comfortable as possible. The design is very youthful with plenty of contemporary icons influences, present in the minimalist art and Family guy illustrations.
This penthouse is perfect for a young multi-millionaire to serve as your bachelor pad and Miami is the perfect place for it.
