6. MET (Mobile Energy Team)
This is arguably the best marketing strategy applied by the Red Bull. To promote the energy drink, the company sends out specially designed cars called the Red Bull Racers in some parts of the world.
Since the marketing target is the young and restless, the drivers of this special car are mostly college students. They are trained and equipped with broad knowledge of the company, especially the energy drink.
They are called the Mobile Energy Team (MET). They will show up at events with a car full of Red Bull energy drinks and hand out some free samples.
The cars are mostly custom-designed MiniCooper, Suzuki Vitara, and SportTrac. Cozy, functional, and catchy enough for marketing stunts.
