Since 2011, Mario Batali has been hosting ABC’s The Chew. It is like the cooking version of The View talk show. If you follow the show, you can tell that he is a unique TV personality. What you don’t see from his picture above are his signature shorts and orange Crocs he usually wears with that fleece vest.
Coming from an Italian family, Mario is taking America’s Italian cuisine to another level. You can go to one of his numerous restaurants in the world. Because he owns restaurants not just in the United States, but also abroad.
He teamed up with Joe Bastianich to form B&B Hospitality Group. Under this collaboration, there have been more than twenty restaurants opened. No wonder he has $13 million net worth, right?
Most of his restaurants are in New York, Las Vegas, and California. The most popular one is BABBO Ristorante e Enoteca in New York. You can also try out some of his foods in Italy, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
