Richest Drop Out Billionaires | Top 10

7.Steve Jobs – $10.2 billion

You’ve all heard of Apple, so you’ve all heard of Steve Jobs as well. He is our number 7 on the list of richest drop out billionaires.

Net worth: $10.2 billion

Profession: Co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Apple Inc. & co-founder and chief executive of Pixar

Fact: The typography used in the first Mac was inspired by a calligraphy-class in college.

Jobs decided to leave Reed College in Portland, Oregon after just 6 months. He became a video game designer for Atari, but he gave up on the job to travel to India.

At just 21, Jobs founded Apple Computers together with Steve Wozniak in his garage. Their innovative design and elegant computers were received very good by the public.

From 1985 until 1997 Jobs was no longer the CEO of Apple Company, but he returned and successfully revived the company after a lot of fallouts.

If I had never dropped in on that single course in college, the Mac would have never had multiple typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts.

Steve Jobs died in 2011 from a respiratory arrest caused by a pancreatic tumour, but we surely thank him for the impressive Apple products that he created.

The next rich billionaire got the perfect SAT scores!

NEXT: #6 Paul Allen – $16.2 billion
