Few years later, she became her beach volleyball partner.
The duo were the gold medalists in beach volleyball at the 2004, 2998 and 2012 Summer Olympics and have been called ‘the greatest beach volleyball team of all time’.
They had a winning streak of 101 matches and 18 tournaments from 2007 to 2008, going to the Beijing Olympics.
Both players remained undefeated on their way to the gold medal.
