Samih Sawiris is the youngest son of construction maganate Onsi Sawiris, and the Chairman of Orascom Development Holding, which serves in the tourism sector.
Sawiris began a massive development of the Swiss Alpine town of Andermatt, but due to the country’s instability the project hardly hit the company in terms of finance.
Orascom Development had revenue declining more than 10%.
