Family Godrej is the family that manages and largely owns the Godrej Group.
The brothers Ardeshir Godrej and Pirojsha Godrej are the ones that founded the company in 1897. It is a consumer goods empire that is making inroads abroad.
Ardeshir Godrej had no children and today, Pirojsha Godrej’s grandsons Adi, Nadir, and Jamshyd manage the group, being the third generation of owners.
The company now gets close to half of its $1.3 billion in annual revenue from overseas markets in Asia, Africa and South America.
